Why a retailer and not a manufacturer
An oven is built in the same factory whatever name goes on the front. What makes the difference is the question that comes first: which appliance suits this kitchen, this opening, this household? That is where we start.
CHERGUI carries appliances from established manufacturers and assembles them into a range you can actually take in. Not a catalogue of ten thousand entries in which nobody finds their way.

How an appliance gets into the catalogue
Three questions decide it: are the technical figures complete and verifiable? Is the price right for the energy class? And can we get spare parts beyond the guarantee period?
If one answer comes back negative, we leave the appliance out — even when the margin is good. That is why you will find fewer models here than on the big portals, but a complete spec sheet for every one of them.

What we commit to
A 3-year guarantee on every appliance, 30 days to return without giving a reason, delivery into your home in 2–4 working days. Those figures sit on every product page, not in the small print.
And an answer within one working day, in English or German — including the question of whether an appliance fits a 56-centimetre opening.
